I'm going to enter a local photo contest and need some help narrowing down my entries. None of these are by any means spectacular, but they're the best a small handheld camera can do. Just leave a comment and let me know which ones you like best.

#2 & #8 are my favorites out of the bunch...
WOW- I think they are all amazing! I especially like the mouse thigh bone. I recognize that since we dissect owl pelletts in my class. (You can see the little ball at the end that fits into the hip socket- my favorite thing to show the kids.) BUT if I had to choose one, it would be the first one with MOOSE!
My favorites are the wooden fence & the mountains through the wood "frame".
These are all EXCELLENT! You aren't giving yourself enough credit! Let me know how you do. I keep meaning to enter photos into the KC Star photo contest, but I always forget!

And good God could Moose be any closer to the ledge?
Gotta go with 2 and 3. 1 gets an honorable mention because Moose is a bad-ass.
My favorite is Moose! It's funny. But as far as composition and "artsie" cool, #3
2 and 6 are my favorites but dang, ditto what Marie said...you are a great photographer!
Hi.....#2 is the best composition. Great framing; the fence line makes the photo by pulling your eye from lower left, across the hills and right to the mountains. I think this captures Montana perfectly!
I liked 1 and 8. Great pics.

Love them all....really like #1 and #2 and the one with the mountains through the wood window.
